All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after the order confirmation date, if in stock. For all pieces marked as "Available to order, but please allow for up to 5 weeks delivery", the production time may take up to 5 weeks. If your order is urgent, please contact us at  info@lauramichelijewelry.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

We offer you free, registered shipping in Switzerland.

Inside EU (inkl UK): 3-6 business days
Registered shipping with tracking number: 20 CHF

US / Canada / Japan: 5-10 business days
Registered shipping with tracking number: 25 CHF

All other countries: We will gladly attempt to accommodate the shipment to countries not listed above. Please contact us at info@lauramichelijewelry.com for a shipping cost estimate.

Please note the following concerning costs and delivery time:·      
• We will do our best to make sure your new purchase comes at your door quickly, but please understand we cannot be held responsible for external factors which may delay or prevent a delivery.  
• Shipments to outside of Switzerland may be liable for customs taxes and additional fees. As we are a small business, unfortunately these costs will be the responsibility of the buyer and may also increase delivery times. We unfortunately cannot be held liable for these costs and delays.

TRACKING
As soon as an order is dispatched, a confirmation email is sent, from which the customer can track their order. During peak seasons), courier companies may experience a slight delay in delivery.
