Return Policy

In the unlikely event that you wish to exchange or return your purchase, we offer a 15-business-day return policy. This means you have 15 business days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

Please note that returns or exchanges are not accepted for personalized items, gift cards, or made-to-order pieces.

Returns are only accepted in all the following assumptions, whenever it is not related to a personalized item:

  • The customer wishes to change their ring size (an alternative size will be reshipped).
  • The product is not what the customer expected.
  • The customer received the order in poor conditions.

It is essential that the products are returned are in perfect condition, without any obvious signs of use and in its original packaging. If not, no return may be accepted. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot not accept returns for gift cards and made to order pieces.

HOW TO RETURN A PURCHASE?
It's easy! Follow these steps:

1. Contact us

Email us at info@lauramichelijewerly.com with your reason for return and your order number. We will confirm your request within 48–72 hours.

Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

2. Return your Item

Choose one of the following options:

A. Drop-off at our Zurich atelier. Book an appointment in advance by contacting us at info@lauramichelijewelry.com; or

B. Ship by registered post (at the customer’s expense) to our atelier. Please note: the customer bears all risk until the package is delivered. Return Address:

3. Refund:

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, in cases where a refund was agreed, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returns shipped from outside Switzerland may be subject to duties and taxes. These must be paid in advance by the sender. If packages arrive with unpaid duties or taxes, we may refuse delivery and return the goods to the sender.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
