Handmade Jewellery: The Art of Wax Carving
The Wax Carving Jewelry Workshop introduces participants to one of the most fascinating techniques in traditional jewelry making. This process allows you to model wax directly with your hands, transforming a simple block into an intricate design that will later become a unique piece of handmade jewellery.
Guided by skilled artisans, you will explore the balance between intuition and precision–an essential part of jewelry craftsmanship. Every gesture teaches patience and care, helping you develop core skills that form the foundation of fine jewellery design.
Whether you create a hand made ring or a pendant, your piece will reflect both your creativity and the tactile beauty of the material. This workshop offers an intimate look into the design process that defines artisan and designer jewellery alike.
A Sculptural Journey From Wax to Silver
Wax carving is not only a craft but also a form of expression. The soft texture of wax invites experimentation - carving, engraving, and smoothing surfaces until the desired shape emerges. Once completed, your wax model is transformed into a by our trusted local caster, then refined and hand-finished by Laura herself.
This hands-on experience connects you to the slow, deliberate rhythm of true craftsmanship. The finished piece carries the marks of your individuality and the timeless character of handmade jewellery.
