Cancellation Policy:

Once a workshop is booked, the booking is binding. If a participant cancels their attendance, the following refund policy applies:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the workshop date: 50% of the workshop fee will be refunded.

• Cancellations made less than 30 days before the workshop date: the workshop fee is non-refundable.

Workshops Gift Cards: Purchasing a gift card guarantees a spot within the available dates for the chosen workshop.

All products will be shipped in accordance with our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

SECTION 8 - Exchanges and returns

Conditions under which a return or exchange is permitted are outlined in our Return Policy.
